Corn Bread

1/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
2/3 cup corn meal
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Cream together the butter, eggs, sour cream, milk and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and mix just until blended. Do not over mix. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes in an 8 inch pan. Enjoy!
