Chickpea Flour Brownies

A gluten-free pure indulgence!

2/3 cup butter
1/3 cup dark chocolate
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar (I used 1/2 cup sucanate and 1/2 cup white sugar)
2/3 cup dried cranberries (optional)
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
2/3 cup chickpea (garbanzo bean) flour

In a small saucepan melt butter and dark chocolate together. Remove from heat and cool a few minutes. Beat eggs and sugar together. Add the butter and chocolate mixture and mix. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 8x8 (or 9x9) pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!

I just found your recipe this morning! I happened to have some Chickpea flour on board and viola! Wonderful. I used raw sugar, organic cf eggs, real butter, pure vanilla and 90% chocolate! They are heavenly. Thank you for the recipe!
