3 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup lentils
1 small onion
1/2 cup brown rice (or barley)
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon basil
You can cook it either in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or in a crock-pot on low for about 3 - 4 hours. You add all ingredients together and sprinkle with cheese (optional). Enjoy!
